PRE Group Launches Collage Serviced Apartments in New Cairo
PRE Group has launched Collage, a new serviced-apartment project within its Ivoire East development in New Cairo, in partnership with hospitality and property-management company Lemon Spaces. The project is targeting sales of up to EGP 12 billion.
Located across 20 feddans in the Golden Square area, Collage will feature 490 serviced units, including studios, apartments, and duplexes. Units will be delivered fully finished and equipped with air conditioning, with handovers scheduled to begin in 2030.
The development is designed around green spaces, interconnected water features, pedestrian areas, and underground parking. Residents will also benefit from its proximity to ZAG, Ivoire East's commercial and administrative destination, which is expected to begin operations in 2028.
The launch reflects the growing integration between real estate and hospitality in Egypt, as developers increasingly introduce serviced residences that can combine residential living with professional management and rental potential.
