Palm Hills Records EGP 96.1 Billion in Sales in H1 2026

Palm Hills Developments reported EGP 96.1 billion in new sales during the first half of 2026, reflecting continued demand across its projects in Egypt. The company also recorded EGP 19.5 billion in revenue, marking a 26% increase compared with the same period last year.
The company's performance was supported by sales across its diversified portfolio, including developments in West Cairo and the North Coast. Palm Hills also launched its major Hacienda Ras El Hekma project in partnership with Miran Hills, covering 5.65 million square meters with more than 4.8 kilometers of beachfront.
As of June 2026, Palm Hills reported a sales backlog of approximately EGP 284 billion, compared with EGP 203 billion a year earlier. The company also recorded 925 unit deliveries during the first half of the year.
The results highlight the continued importance of major residential and coastal developments in Egypt's real estate market, while rising sales values remain an important factor shaping the sector in 2026.
