Egyptian star Mohamed Ramadan is making his move beyond entertainment and into the real estate sector, announcing his first projects in the industry with Giza Downtown and MR1 Hotel.

The projects are being developed in partnership with Egyptian businessman Mohamed Shibel, with several locations across Cairo and Giza reportedly being considered for the new developments.
