Madinet Masr Launches ETAJE on the Final Residential Plot in Taj City
Madinet Masr has launched ETAJE, a new residential and mixed-use development on the final residential plot within Taj City, New Cairo, with a targeted sales value of approximately EGP 6.6 billion.
Located directly on the Ring Road, ETAJE spans around 26.4 feddans and includes 20 residential buildings with approximately 600 apartments. Units range from around 37 to 133 sqm, offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts.
The project is designed around landscaped areas, pocket parks, water features, cycling lanes, and a 450-meter pedestrian green spine connecting different parts of the development. Structural works are planned for completion within four years.
ETAJE represents the completion of Taj City's residential land portfolio and reflects the continued demand for strategically located residential communities in New Cairo. Its direct Ring Road access also provides connectivity to major destinations across the city.
