Banque Misr Extends EGP 10 Billion Financing to Founders Real Estate Marketing

Banque Misr has signed financing agreements worth EGP 10 billion with Founders Real Estate Marketing, a subsidiary of Hyde Park Developments, to support the acquisition and marketing of real estate assets owned by Egypt’s New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA).
The financing, with a term of up to eight years, aims to support property-related operations and contribute to Egypt’s ongoing urban development plans. The initiative also aligns with government efforts to expand housing opportunities, particularly for middle-income families.
The agreement highlights the important role of banking institutions in supporting Egypt’s real estate sector by providing long-term financing for property acquisition and marketing. It also reflects continued cooperation between financial institutions, real estate companies, and government entities to stimulate investment and support urban expansion.
For buyers and investors, the deal is a development worth watching, as the projects involved may create additional property opportunities. However, the specific assets and project details covered by the financing have not yet been fully disclosed.
