New Zayed

New Zayed (زايد الجديدة) is a modern urban extension of Sheikh Zayed City in West Cairo, developed as part of Egypt’s “new cities” expansion plan. It was designed to reduce congestion in central Cairo and provide a more organized, high-quality residential environment.

The area is known for its wide streets, low-density planning, and large green spaces, along with modern infrastructure and services. It includes a mix of residential compounds, villas, townhouses, and apartments, developed by major real estate companies.

Strategically, New Zayed has a prime location near key roads like the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road, 26 July Axis, and Dabaa Axis, which makes it easy to reach 6th of October City, Sheikh Zayed, and central Cairo.

Today, it’s considered one of the most promising real estate and investment zones in West Cairo, offering a balance between luxury living and long-term growth potential.
