New Capital City

New Administrative Capital is Egypt’s flagship modern smart city project located east of Cairo, designed to become the country’s new administrative and financial hub.

It was launched by the Egyptian government to reduce congestion in Greater Cairo and relocate key ministries, government institutions, and embassies to a more organized and sustainable urban environment.

The city features smart infrastructure, wide green areas, and advanced urban planning, along with distinct districts such as the Government District, Financial District, Diplomatic Quarter, and large residential neighborhoods.

It is also home to major landmarks like the Iconic Tower (the tallest building in Africa), a central business district, and extensive road and transportation networks, including future monorail connections.

Today, the New Capital is considered one of the largest urban development projects in Africa and the Middle East, with strong potential for long-term investment and modern living.
